Your first payment will be taken on the day you sign up. The next 11 instalments will be taken on the 1st of every month.

Does it matter what day of the month I choose to sign up?

No you can sign up on any day before doors close. Please remember your second and subsequent payments will be taken on the 1st of every month.

The Timeless Membership is a 12-month commitment, designed to make paying for your treatments simple and hassle-free.

Your membership includes 12 monthly payments, which are taken automatically to cover the cost of your membership package(s).

1st Payment: Taken on the day you sign up.

2nd Payment: Taken on the 1st of the following month.

Subsequent Payments: Continue on the 1st of each month until 12 payments are complete.

FOR EXAMPLE...

Example 1: If you sign up on 1st June, your 1st payment will be taken that day, and your 2nd payment on 1st July (1 full month after the first payment)

Example 2: If you sign up on 30th June, your 1st payment will be taken that day, and your 2nd payment on 1st July (the day after signing up).

If you’d prefer to avoid two payments coming out of your account so closely together, we recommend signing up on the 1st of the month (either 1st June or 1st July), or even mid-month (15th June) to spread your 1st and 2nd payment.

Due to operational logistics and software system capabilities, payments have to be taken on the same day (1st of the month) for all members. This also ensures we can deliver a more smooth streamlined experience.

It is a legal requirement that we offer a 15 day cooling off period for our membership. Therefore you will need to wait until the cooling off period ends before taking your 1st treatment.

You can book your treatment straight away, but treatment can’t be taken for the first 15 days following sign up. 

Note: Some of the treatment packages required two full payments before you can make your first booking. See each package to find out if this applies.

Example, if you signed up on 1st June then you can have your treatment after your 2nd payment is paid (1st July). So any time from 2nd July. 

Simply go to the Timeless App or the Timeless website booking link as normal.

Login to your account, or create a new one if you're new.

Then go to: Account > Coursses.

Your treatment package(s) you have purchased will be added to your account. 

These will show up in your account within 2-3 days of you signing up to your members. 

Note: Treatments cannot be taken until the 15 day cooling off period has expired.

If you decide not to progress with your membership simply send an email to helllo@gemma-montgomery.com and we will simply terminate your membership and refund you your 1st instalment made on sign up via the payment method you made.

NOTE: Refunds are only available up to the 15th day. 

The payment schedule agreed upon the start of your membership must be adhered to throughout the 12 month term. If a payment is missed you will be notified promptly via email so you can rectify.

Failure to rectify will result in suspension of services and penalties to recover any fees outstanding for services rendered. Please visit the payment policy in our T&C’s.

All treatments need to be taken within 12-months of signing up.

Treatments cannot be carried over after the month of your final payment.

Once you’ve signed up to a membership package, your unique plan will be loaded into your Timeless Account.

To access and book your treatments, simply log in and go to:

Account > Courses

There, you’ll see the package you’ve signed up for.

Example: If you’ve joined the VIP Luxe Package, you might see:

Botox®: 3 Areas | 3 Treatments Per Year (3 of 3 remaining)

Dermal Filler: 2 x 1ml (2 of 2 remaining)

To book, just click into the treatment (e.g. Botox) and choose the date and time that suits you.

Once confirmed, your account will automatically update (e.g. to 2 of 3) so you can easily keep track of what you’ve used and what’s left.

You’ll also receive a step-by-step video guide after signing up to walk you through the process.

Once you’ve selected one of the VIP Bespoke packages, you’ll receive a series of emails to guide you through the next steps:

1. Welcome Email - confirming your enrolment as a Timeless Member.

2. VIP Bespoke Email - with everything you need to book your 1:1 consultation, including a form to complete in advance.

The form will ask about your concerns, preferences, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This helps us understand your goals before your consultation, so we can make the most of your time and ensure your package is tailored perfectly to you.

During your consultation Gemma will talk through all of this in more detail and build a treatment plan that aligns with your goals - including noting anything you’d prefer to avoid (e.g. if you don’t want dermal fillers, your plan will reflect that).

After your consultation, you’ll receive your personalised 12-month plan by email, outlining all recommended treatments and when to have them.

These will also be uploaded to your Timeless Account so you can book them in easily throughout the year.

Booking your treatment appointments is simple - you can do it via the Timeless mobile app or through our website.Full instructions will be provided when we send over your treatment plan, so you’ll know exactly how to get started.

The Timeless Membership plan is locked for a 12 month term, as it’s a 12 month contract based on the treatments you have selected.

However we understand extreme unforeseen circumstances can occur.

To cancel a membership all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of cancellation must be settled in full. Failure to clear any overdue balances may result in Suspension of the cancellation process until all fees owed are paid.

Continued membership charges will occur until the account is reconciled.

We require notice in writing via email (see contact details) no later than 30 days before your next subscription payment is due.

Yes you can purchase as many packages as you like.

These will be bundled together under 1 single payment.

All membership  plans are fixed for the duration of the agreed term and cannot be upgraded or downgraded during this period.

Customers are not permitted to modify their membership plan in the form of upgrades or downgrades until the membership term is fully completed.

However, if you feel that you're not on the right package for you then we would be open to discussing what we can do for you. 

Standard Facial areas of the Frown, Forehead and Eyes are included in the membership plan.

If you require services beyond what’s included in the membership plan, these services will be charged separately on the day.

Example:  Bolt on areas of the Chin, Lip or nasal lines will incur a fee of £50.

All other lower face Botox® treatments will be charged as listed on the clinic booking system.

No. Your membership does not automatically renew.

Once your 12-month membership comes to an end, you’ll have the option to renew, switch to a different plan, or simply choose not to continue - whatever suits you best.

Our membership doors open twice a year - in January and June - so you’ll always have the opportunity to join again when the time is right.

If you’ve loved being a member, it’s as easy as signing up again!

All treatments are subject to a full medical consultation.

It is the member’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate medical information.

Once you’ve booked your first appointment, you’ll receive a medical questionnaire approximately 3 days beforehand to complete in advance.

Timeless Aesthetics reserves the right to determine medical suitability for any treatment. If you are found to be medically unsuitable, any prepaid membership payments for treatments that have not yet been carried out will be refunded in full.

Please note - refunds do not apply to any services that have already been provided.

To ensure everything is in place for your Juvederm® Dermal Filler treatment, two full monthly payments need to be made before booking your appointment.

This approach helps us manage treatment costs effectively while ensuring your membership works seamlessly for you. Here’s a couple of examples of how it works:

Timeless Membership Terms and ConditionsBy signing up for a Timeless Membership package (the “Membership”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Anti-Wrinkle Treatments: To sign up for a Membership that includes anti-wrinkle treatments, you must have been a previous client of Timeless Aesthetics and undergone a consultation to confirm your suitability for treatment.

1.2 Skin Peels and Vitamin B12 Injections: No prior history with Timeless Aesthetics is required to sign up for Membership including these treatments.

1.3 All treatments provided through the Membership are subject to medical suitability, as determined during your consultation. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will discuss alternatives with you.

1.4 **Medical suitability.**

Timeless aesthetics reserves the right to determine the medical suitability of any member for our services. This assessment is based on our professional medical judgement.

1.5 It is the members responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical information during the initial assessment and membership term. Failure to do so may result in termination of services without a refund.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 By subscribing to the 12 month contract plan with Timeless Aesthetics, you agree to make timely payments as outlined in your payment schedule. The total amount due for the contract remains payable regardless of usage.

2.2 The Membership is a 12-month agreement, with monthly payments required for the duration of the 12 month term. Payments will be collected via your chosen payment method.

2.3 All payments must be made by the due date specified on your Membership agreement.

2.4 First payment will be take on the day of signing up to the Membership. The subsequent payments will be taken on the 1st of the month thereafter.

2.5 No Discounts: The Membership is designed to help you manage the cost of treatments by spreading payments over 12 months, but no discounts are applied to treatment prices.

3. Treatment Terms

3.1 Cooling off period. Upon signing up for your chosen Membership package you are required to a 15 day cooling off period. No treatment within the Membership plan can be given during this time.

3.2 Fixed Membership Plan. All Membership plans are fixed for the duration of the agreed term

3.3 Membership treatments may be redeemed throughout the 12-month period, and it is your responsibility to schedule these in advance.

3.4 The free gift included with your Membership can be redeemed at any time during the 12-month period but cannot be exchanged for cash or swapped for any other treatments.

3.5 No Mid - Term changes Customers subscribing to a 12 month membership contract are not permitted to modify their Membership plan, including upgrades or downgrades until the Membership plan has been fully completed.

3.6 Two week review policy for For Botulinum Toxin Membership packages All Botox® clients are entitled to a single 2 week review appointment as part of the Membership plan. Any requests for further treatment, adjustments or touch ups made after the 2nd review period will incur an additional charge.

3.7 Request for additional services. If customers require additional services beyond what’s included in their Membership plan, these services will be charged separately. Additional service fees will not affect or alter the terms of the original Membership contract.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 A 15 day cooling off period is given upon signing up to a Membership package. Should you change your mind within this time a refund of your sign up instalment will be refunded by the original payment method made

4.2 The Membership cannot be cancelled within the 12-month term. By agreeing to these terms, you commit to completing all monthly payments, even if you choose not to redeem all included treatments.

4.3 In cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances (Refer to cancellation policy) we may, at our discretion, pause your Membership or offer alternative arrangements. If this results in cancellation of your Membership, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of cancellation must be settled in full. Failure to do so may result in.Suspension of cancellation processing until all monies owed are paid. Continued Membership charges until the account is reconciled.

4.4 If payments are missed and treatments have already been received, legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding balance of the Membership.

5. Missed Payments

5.1 Communication of missed payments. In the event of a missed payment, Timeless Aesthetics will make reasonable attempts to notify you via email or phone so you can rectify the issue and ensure your account balance is up to date. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all contact and payment details are up to date.

5.2 Missed payments of 10 days will result in the suspension of your treatments until the account is brought up to date.

5.3 Outstanding balances. If payments remain unpaid for 30 days beyond the due date. Timeless Aesthetics reserves the right to refer the account to a collections agency or pursue legal action to recover fees owed. This may affect your credit score.

5.4 In cases where legal action is required you will be liable for any legal or administrative costs incurred as a result of non-payment.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 The Membership is non refundable. By enrolling in the 12 month  plan with Timeless Aesthetics you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances but not limited toFailure to use all the treatment or services included in theMembership package.Early termination of the Membership by the customer for personal reasons.Inability to attend scheduled appointments or utilise services within the 12 month term.

6.2 In cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances (Refer to cancellation policy) we may, at our discretion, pause your Membership or offer alternative arrangements. If this results in cancellation of your Membership, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of cancellation must be settled in full. 7. Changes to Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you in advance.

7.2 Continued participation in the Membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.By signing up for the Timeless Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
