Hello, I'm Gemma
Registered Nurse & Independent Prescriber 17 years in aestheticsI believe nobody should be able to tell how you're ageing so well. My job is to help you look and feel like the best version of yourself, naturally, elegantly and in a way that nobody can quite put their finger on.
I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2000 and found my calling quickly, first in Cardiology, then as a Nursing Sister in Cardiac Rehabilitation. It was there that my lifelong interest in wellness began to take shape: how stress, lifestyle and the way we feel on the inside shows so clearly on the outside.
In 2010 I made the brave decision to leave the NHS. I was a new mum who wanted more freedom, more creativity and more meaning in my work. Having spent 18 years struggling with acne, which I eventually self-healed, I could see a huge gap in the market for people who needed real, considered help with their skin and their appearance. Not trends. Not the latest filler craze. Real results, done properly.
I set up my own aesthetic practice in 2010 and never looked back. Holding a licence to prescribe in the same way a Doctor does, I've spent 17 years honing my craft, questioning everything the industry told me to do, and building a loyal client base who trust me completely.

The clinic
I work from my clinic, shared with the award winning Beauty spa Radiance, in Halifax West Yorkshire and also see clients where I now live in York.

When not busy with clients in clinic, you'll find me teaching and mentoring other medical professionals inside my Aesthetic Training Academy.
Life outside the clinic
I have two wonderful teenage children who I'm incredibly proud of. You'll usually find me out on the North York Moors with my Cocker Spaniel Mabel, listening to music, or deep in a book on self optimisation and spirituality . I'm a qualified Strala Yoga Guide (300 hours) , having trained in New York, Berlin and London. I genuinely believe that everything starts on the inside.
The inner work is everything. Aesthetic treatments are simply the beautiful cherry on top.
