What to Expect When You Join the Bespoke Membership
Once you select the Bespoke Lite Package and complete your first monthly payment of £166, your VIP journey officially begins.

This membership is a fixed 12-month payment agreement.
By purchasing, you agree to make all 12 monthly payments.
If you stop payments early, any unpaid balance for treatments already received becomes immediately due.

We’ve set aside a number of dedicated dates for our bespoke clients, and you’ll be contacted shortly after joining to arrange your personal 1:1 session with Gemma.
✅ During Your 1:1 consultation
Gemma will spend time getting to know you, your areas of concern, your goals, and the types of treatments or options you’d feel most comfortable exploring. It’s a relaxed and supportive session designed to guide you through what’s possible - and what’s best for you.
✅ Your 12-month plan, fully mapped out
Following your consultation, Gemma will create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your budget and needs. You’ll receive this in a beautifully presented format showing exactly which treatments to have, and when, throughout the year - so you never have to second guess timing.
✅ Easy access to booking via the Timeless App
Simply pick your planned treatments from our Members Only section of the online booking system or Timeless APP. You'll be able to keep track of what you've had and when in your appointment history via your account.
✅ Track your progress with ease
You can track your progress throughout the year, so you’ll always know what treatments you’ve had, how many you have left, and how your skin journey is progressing.

Before signing up, please note:
- You are committing to a 12-month membership and by signing up you agree to make 12 monthly payments as part of the membership terms.
- The monthly price reflects the total cost of your treatments spread over 12 months, making payments more manageable.
- Your first payment will come out on the date that you sign up, with 11 subsequuent monthly payments coming out on the 1st of each month. See the FAQ section on our home page for more details.
