The VIP Luxe Package is perfect for those who typically like to have 3 areas of anti-wrinkle treatments (Botulinum Toxin), 3 times per year, but also likes to have a subtle refresh with Dermal Filler treatments every 12-months.

Included In The VIP Luxe Package

3 x Areas of Anti-Wrinkle Treatments. 3 x Treatments per year

This includes the three standard areas below:
- Frown
- Forehead
- Eyes

2 x 1ml Syringes of Dermal Filler

You will receive two 1ml syringes as part of this package, meaning you can choose to subtly restore, rejuvenate and give support to any facial area of your choice. Areas we treat include:
- Cheek
- Jaw Line
- Chin
- Jowls
- Naso Labial Folds
- Lip Definition & Lip Lines

At Timeless we use the Juvederm® range of Dermal Fillers for their superior quality, natural results and long held safety record.

Who Can Purchase This Package?

The VIP Luxe Package is an exclusive option, reserved only for existing Timeless Aesthetics clients as a thank you for their continued loyalty to Timeless Aesthetics.

Here’s how you can qualify for our VIP Packages when our Anti-Wrinkle Hub opens it’s doors again in June 2025:

Book a Treatment: Schedule an injectable treatment with us between now and May 2025. Book Online Here or download our Timeless App to book an appointment.
Become a Client: By booking with us, you’ll officially become a Timeless Aesthetics client, making you eligible to choose the VIP Package next time we open enrolment in June 2025. All treatments are subject to medical suitability following consultation.

When the doors to the Timeless Anti-Wrinkle Hub open again in June 2025, you’ll be able to bundle your Dermal Filler treatments with your Anti-Wrinkle Treatments into one convenient monthly payment plan.

Is the 'VIP Luxe' Package Right For Me?

Both the VIP Luxe and the VIP Elite include 2 x 1ml syringes of Juvederm® Dermal Filler.

The only difference between the two VIP packages is simply the number of areas you wish to treat with Botulinum Toxin

The VIP Elite = 2 Areas (3 times per year)
The VIP Luxe = 3 Areas (3 times per year)

Therefore, if you typically have 2 x standard areas (frown, forehead, or eyes), it’s worth considering the VIP Elite package for better value.

While you can add extra areas on the day of your appointment, this will incur a charge of £75 per area. Selecting the right package upfront is a more cost-effective option and will save you money in the long run.

Package Changes

Once your VIP package begins, it cannot be upgraded or downgraded to a different monthly package.

Please review all the package options carefully and take into account the information above to ensure you select the one that’s right for you from the start.

'Bolt-On' Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

We know many of our clients enjoy adding a ‘bolt-on area’ to their Anti-Wrinkle Injection treatments, so this option is still available!

However, due to the many variables with bolt-on areas, they are not included in our Anti-Wrinkle Treatment packages or VIP packages.

What Are Bolt-On Areas?

Bolt-on areas include small lower face areas of the chin, nasal lines, or lip lines (not the neck, teeth grinding or gummy smile). These are optional add-ons and are not part of standard areas like the frown, forehead, or eyes.

How Much Do Bolt-Ons Cost?

Bolt-on areas can be added during your treatment for £50 per area.
Simply let us know on the day of your appointment if you’d like to include one or more bolt-on areas.

Can I Combine Multiple Packages?

YES! You can combine packages into one single monthly membership. For example:

If you would like sign up to this VIP Luxe Package, but also add the Glow and Revive packages, simply add each one to your cart.
At checkout, your monthly total will reflect all selected packages combined into one easy to manage monthly payment.

Your 12-Month Membership & Monthly Payments

The Timeless Anti-Wrinkle Hub Membership is a 12-month commitment, designed to make paying for your treatments simple and hassle-free.

Your membership includes 12 monthly payments, which are taken automatically to cover the cost of your membership package(s).

1st Payment: Taken on the day you sign up.
2nd Payment: Taken on the 1st of the following month.
Subsequent Payments: Continue on the 1st of each month until 12 payments are complete. For example...
Example1: If you sign up on 1st December, your 1st payment will be taken that day, and your 2nd payment on 1st January (1 full month after the first payment)
Example 2: If you sign up on 31st December, your 1st payment will be taken that day, and your 2nd payment on 1st January (the day after signing up).

If you’d prefer to avoid two payments coming out of your account so closely together, we recommend signing up on the 1st of the month (either 1st Dec or 1st Jan), or even mid-month (15th Dec or 15th Jan), to spread your 1st and 2nd payment.

Booking Your Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

Our membership includes a 15-day cooling-off period for legal compliance (see FAQs for more details).

After 15 days of signing up to a Timeless Anti-Wrinkle Hub Membership, you’re free to book your first Anti-Wrinkle Treatment!
You’ll have 12 months to schedule your treatments, giving you the flexibility to book them at times that suit you.
Treatments can be booked via our Online Booking system or the Timeless App. Full details on how to book will be included in the email you receive upon signing up to our Timeless Anti-Wrinkle Hub Membership.
All treatments must be completed by the end of your 12-month membership period.

Booking Your Juvederm® Filler Treatment

To ensure everything is in place for your Juvederm® Dermal Filler treatment, two full monthly payments need to be made before booking your appointment.

This approach helps us manage treatment costs effectively while ensuring your membership works seamlessly for you.

Here’s a couple of examples of how it works:

EXAMPLE ONE:

1st Payment: If you signed up on the 1st December 2024
2nd Payment: 1st January 2025
Book Appointment: From 2nd January 2025 onwards.

EXAMPLE TWO:

1st Payment: If you signed up on the 1st January 2025
2nd Payment: 1st February 2025
Book Appointment: From 2nd February 2025 onwards.
