Meet Faye: A New Aesthetic Practitioner at Gemma Montgomery Aesthetics
I’m so excited to finally introduce you to Faye, the newest member of my team at Gemma Montgomery Aesthetics.
Growing the clinic and bringing another aesthetic practitioner into my team is something I’ve thought very carefully about.
I know how much trust my clients place in me when it comes to their face, skin and aesthetic treatments. Many of you have been with me for years, and I feel incredibly protective of the standards of care, treatment and results you receive when you come to the clinic.
So, for me, growing the team was never going to mean simply finding another practitioner.
I wanted to do things differently.
Personally trained and mentored by me
Rather than bringing in someone and expecting them to adapt to the way I work, I’ve trained Faye from scratch and mentored her one-to-one.
I’ve been able to teach her the techniques, knowledge and approach to aesthetics that I’ve developed throughout my own career, but just as importantly, the philosophy behind the way I treat.
That means understanding when to treat, when not to treat, how to assess every face individually and how to create subtle, natural-looking results that balance, gently restire and enhance rather than change someone.
Faye also shares the same ethos and values that have always been at the heart of Gemma Montgomery Aesthetics: honest advice, individualised treatment plans, attention to detail and putting the client first.
I wouldn’t trust someone with my clients unless I had complete confidence in them, and I’m incredibly proud to now have Faye working alongside me as part of my team.

Does this mean Gemma is going anywhere?
Absolutely not!
I know some of my lovely long-standing clients may be wondering whether growing the team means that I’ll be reducing my own clinics or stepping away from treatments.
I’m not.
My own clinic hours and availability are staying the same, and I’ll continue treating my clients just as I always have.
Bringing Faye into my team is actually about being able to give you more appointment availability, greater flexibility and more choice.
It also means I can continue to prioritise my members and those clients who can only, or specifically prefer to, book their treatments with me.
If you love coming to me and don’t want anything to change, it doesn’t have to.
Faye simply gives you another trusted option within my team, personally trained and mentored by me, for those occasions when you'd like an appointment sooner, need a different day or time, or would simply like to experience treatment with her.
What aesthetic and skin treatments will Faye offer?
Faye will offer the same range of aesthetic and skin treatments that I do, including treatments such as dermal fillers and lip filler, Botox® treatments, polynucleotides, SKINVIVE™, microneedling and advanced skin treatments.
Just like me, Faye will take an individual approach to every client.
Aesthetic treatments should never be one-size-fits-all. Whether your goal is to improve skin quality, restore lost volume, soften signs of ageing or simply look fresher and more rested, the starting point will always be understanding you, your face and what you want to achieve.

Important
New Botox® clients wishing to book with Faye
If you are NEW to the clinic for Botox and would like Faye to carry out your treatment, there is one additional step you need to know about.
Faye is not a prescriber, so new Botox clients must first book a consultation with either myself or Pauline. This allows us to carry out your assessment and, where clinically appropriate, arrange your prescription before your treatment appointment with Faye.
This only applies to NEW Botox clients.
The consultation is £50, but the full £50 is redeemable against your Botox treatment with Faye and you will still receive Faye’s introductory treatment saving.
